PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques capable of stably and continuously placing air mortar even having high air content at a distant placing site, for instance further than one km from a manufacturing plant of mortar kneaded material, and also the techniques for making it easy to keep the quality of the air mortar constant when placing thereof. SOLUTION: The air mortar construction method is composed as follows. Base mortar supplied under pressure through a conduit and air-bubbles are mixed in a "mixer" so that the air mortar is continuously formed. Upon supplying it through a conduit to a placing spot, the mixer includes a "confluence mechanism" for discharging the air bubbles into the flow of the pressure-supplied base mortar so as to add a flow force in the flow direction and merging with the base mortar, and an "stirring mechanism" for stirring and mixing the merged fluid.
