<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid oil and fat composition suitable for making confectionery and bread at home. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid oil and fat composition for making confectionery and bread comprises 20-100 mass% of palm fractional soft oil. In more details, the composition comprises 20-95 mass% of the palm fractional soft oil, and 5-80 mass% of medium chain fatty acid-containing triglyceride.
