PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to appropriately remove blurring produced because a plurality of objects having different focal lengths are included in an image.

SOLUTION: A feature quantity calculating section 15 uses pixels supplied from a feature quantity calculation pixel extraction section 14 so as to calculate the feature quantity of a target pixel. A coefficient generation section 16 acquires coefficient vectors W0-Wkfor operation from a coefficient ROM 17, and produces a processing coefficient vector W through operation using the feature quantity and the coefficient vectors W0-Wkfor operation. A sum of products operation section 13 operates a pixel value of pixels supplied from a prediction pixel extraction section 12 and the processing coefficient vector W and produces an output image where blurring is removed from the input image. For example, this invention is applicable for an image processor for removing blurring of an image.
