PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal management method facilitating addition and restoration of a terminal of a registered member of a service. SOLUTION: When a user registers for a member for using a service provided by a server 200 from a terminal, the server 200 receives input of individual information of the user and allocates a member ID to the user. Further, the server 200 allocates a terminal ID to a terminal 10, and the terminal ID is associated with the member ID and managed on the server side.
