<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication apparatus, a data communication method, a data communication program, and a recording medium which perform data communication appropriately conforming to a communication procedure. <P>SOLUTION: In a multifunction device 1, for facsimile transmission, an image generation start control unit 16 calculates a data generation speed from when an encoding data decoding part 14 and a binary image encoding part 12 generate final encoding data from transmission data in an encoding data storage part 13 to when they are stored in the encoding data storage part 13, calculates a data transfer speed to transfer the final encoding data of the encoding data storage part 13 to a facsimile transmission control unit 30, determines whether it is necessary or not to generate the final encoding data from the data to be transmitted in advance to transmit them to the facsimile transmission control unit 30 on the basis of a data transfer size, the data generation speed, the data transfer speed, and the facsimile control signal and, when it is determined that the above processing is necessary, the processing is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
