PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a flexible pipe having a defective tip shape disconnective, and to easily remove the pipe. SOLUTION: A latching part 4 opposing and touching only a tip outer circumference of a flexible pipe B is provided in a circumference direction on an inner circumference surface 2a of a fastening ring 2. Since the press contact of the latching part 4 and an outer circumference surface B1 of the flexible pipe B is removed accompanied by the movement of the flexible pipe B in an anti-insertion direction when there arises a cutting error causing an oblique or rough tip shape of the flexible pipe B and the non-contact section of the tip outer circumference and the latching part 4 exists, the flexible pipe B can be pulled out as it is.
