PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To straighten air flow in a wheel house corresponding to the traveling situation of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A predetermined number of step parts 40 are arranged at a vehicle front side position when the speed of the vehicle is high in a wheel house structure 10 for the vehicle. Accordingly, air flow from the vehicle rear side of a wheel 20 to the wheel house 18 collides with collision surfaces 32, 40B and the inflow of air into the wheel house 18 is suppressed, so that the air flow in the wheel house 18 is straightened and the air resistance of the vehicle is reduced. When the speed of the vehicle is low, a running face for the vehicle is a rough road, and the friction coefficient of the running face for the vehicle is small, the predetermined number of the step parts 40 are arranged at a vehicle rear side position.
