摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily charge the specified number of spiral fluid separation elements in a given pressure vessel without difficulty, and to charge the elements causing no inconvenient spaces inside the pressure vessel, even in a case of increased overall length of the spiral fluid separation element caused by storing the elements at high temperature. SOLUTION: The spiral fluid separation element is formed by winding a membrane unit 7 including a separation membrane 4, a permeation liquid flow path material 5 and a raw water flow path material 6 around a water collection pipe 3 having water collection holes, covering the outer periphery of the wound membrane unit with an armor body, and providing a telescope preventive plate 8 having an annular part to each of both ends of the membrane unit and armor body. One or more pairs of recessed parts 84 and protruded parts 85 are provided on a side face of the annular part of the telescope preventive plate of at least one end side of the separation element.
