<p>A portable communication terminal has an e-mail automatic reply function. By using the e-mail automatic reply function, the allowable time difference, the ringing, and the e-mail automatic reply are set. When the settings are made effective, the portable communication terminal makes domain analysis of the header information of a received e-mail. It is judged by the domain analysis whether or not the time difference of the area to which an e-mail is sent with respect to the area set by the roaming function is an allowable time difference or less. If the time difference is judged to be the allowable time difference or less, the portable communication terminal signals the reception of the e-mail by ringing a tone. If not, the portable communication terminal does not signal about the reception of the e-mail and automatically sends a reply e-mail.</p> |
