<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bent pipe which is uniform in wall thicknesses of two layers of an outer layer and an inner layer. <P>SOLUTION: A molding method of a two-layer hollow molded article comprises: a first step of molding a hollow body by injecting a first molten resin into a cavity of a first mold, then press feeding a pressurized fluid therein from a pressurization port, moving a floating core 2 to a discharge port 4 side, and extruding the first molten resin into a false cavity 5 from the discharge port 4 and allowing the first molten resin to solidify; and a second step of injecting a second molten resin different from the first molten resin, into a hollow section 6 of the hollow body 7 inserted into the cavity of a second mold, then press feeding the pressurized fluid from the pressurization port 3, moving the floating core 2 to the discharge port 4 side, and extruding the second molten resin into the false cavity 5 from the discharge port 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
