摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface light source device that has a superior performance and a high heat-radiating efficiency, and is inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid crystal unit 2 radiates light from the backlight light source 3 to an object, and includes: an LED substrate 32 in which a wiring electrically connected to the backlight light source 3 is formed on one face; a heat-dissipating member 33 that dissipates the heat conducted from the backlight light source 3; the heat-conductive sheet 34 pinched by the wiring of the LED substrate 32 and the heat-dissipating member 33; and a reflecting sheet 35 formed on the face opposite to the contacting face against the heat conducting sheet 34 in the heat-dissipating member 33.
