PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a rise of temperature of an interior material or its surrounding part even if sun light enters through a window part of a vehicle, reduce a transmittance of hot air to an occupant such as a driver, reduce a load applied to a cooling device and also restrict a glaring caused by reflection faced toward into a compartment room. SOLUTION: A vehicular interior material is placed at a location where sun light (R) incident through a window part (2) of a vehicle (1). A light receiving plate (5) is arranged above the main body (4) of the interior material. A corrugated light receiving surface (6) is formed at the upper surface of the light receiving plate (5). The light receiving surface (6) comprises a first slant surface (8) for receiving the sun light (R) incident through the window part (2) and a second slant surface (9) placed at a position where the sun light (R) is shut off by the first slant surface (8). The first slant surface (8) is inclined in such a degree as one in which the sun light (R) does not impinge upon an occupant (C) even if the sun light (R) reflects from a horizontal direction. A cooling air passage (10) is formed between the main body (4) of the interior material and the light receiving plate (5). An air blower device (13) is installed at an aeration passage (12) communicating with the cooling air passage (10) to supply surrounding air to the cooling air passage (10).
