PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air feeding device for battery cooling and for engine intake capable of enhancing freedom of arrangement of a battery while satisfying the condition that clear air can be fed to the battery as cooling air. SOLUTION: The air feeding device 50 for battery cooling and for engine intake is provided with an air cleaner 1 for feeding clear air to the engine 2 and the high voltage battery 3; a cooling fan 4 mounted to a battery case 18 for storing the high voltage battery 3; and an intake duct 12 having one end connected to the air cleaner 1 and the two branched other end of which one is connected to the engine 2 and the other is connected to the battery (battery case 18) through the cooling fan 4.
