PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece fixing sheet capable of improving dimensional accuracy of working workpieces; and a working method using the same. SOLUTION: In this workpiece fixing sheet 10, workpiece fixative 13 is stuck to the other surface 12b of a release layer 12 having a release function. Alternatively, the workpiece fixative 13 is released from the other surface 12b of the release layer 12 and used for working a workpiece 30. That is to say, the workpiece fixative 13 is stuck to the release layer 12 till being released from the release layer 12 and the workpiece fixative 13 is easily released from the release layer 12 to facilitate the handling of the workpiece fixative 13. A workpiece 30 can be directly fixed to a fixing base 40 via the workpiece fixative 13 so as to be worked with the workpiece 30 firmly fixed to the fixing base 40.
