PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of uneven coloring at the center and ends of an image because of difference in luminous color between a white LEDs 201 arranged in the center region in the main scanning direction and another white LEDs 201 arranged in the end region from luminescence of the white LEDs 201 in an original illuminating device on which the plurality of white LEDs 201 are arranged with uneven intervals. SOLUTION: A heat dissipation member 501 having the form correlating to the intervals of the white LEDs 201 and the form correlating to the heat distribution in the main scanning direction accumulated in an LED substrate 301 is attached to the LED substrate 301. Thereby, the heat distribution in the LED substrate 301 becomes uniform, and the difference in the luminous color of the white LEDs 201 can be controlled. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
