PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel and a camera which can be reduced in cost and size. SOLUTION: The lens barrel (10) includes: cases (11, 12 and 20) which store electrical parts (18 and 19) and are provided with a first opening hole (10a) and a second opening hole (10b); first flexible printed boards (21 and 22) which are connected to the electrical parts, pass through one of the first and second opening holes and are arranged outside the cases, in such a state that first solder land portions (21b and 22b) are exposed; and an external flexible printed board (23) in which a first external solder land portion (23b) is provided. The first flexible printed boards and the external flexible printed board are arranged in such a state that surfaces (21e and 22e) provided with the first solder land portions and a surface provided with the first external solder land portion are turned in the same direction and are soldered to be electrically connected.
