COIL MEMBER, STATOR, AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING COIL MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil member which achieves smooth assembling while adopting a split rectangular wire structure by gathering a plurality of coil wires in a flat form. SOLUTION: Four coil wires 11 unwound from a coil unwinding roller 14 are gathered gradually in a gathering region Ra, and are bundled into a form of a rectangular wire with gathering rollers 15, thus a split rectangular wire 10 is formed. The split rectangular wire 10 is constituted by collecting the four coil wires 11 into a plate form, and each of the coil wires 11 are electrically connected at both their ends. The split rectangular wire 10 is bent at a bending region Rb between pinch rollers 16 and board thickness correcting rollers 17, by a bending roller 18. The virtual planes Pim of the split rectangular wires 10 are stacked in a stacking region Rd, whereby forming a coil member 20 having an edgewise form. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
