<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic substrate manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer ceramic substrate manufacturing method includes the steps of: manufacturing a ceramic laminate including a glass component; laminating restraint layers on and under the ceramic laminate; performing primary baking to the ceramic laminate in a first temperature range that does not crystallize the glass component included in the ceramic laminate; removing the restraint layers once the primary baking is completed and forming an external electrode on the ceramic laminate; and baking the ceramic laminate formed with the external electrode in a second temperature range that is higher than the first temperature range. This crystallizes the glass component included in the ceramic laminate during the secondary baking process to thereby increase the adhesive strength between the ceramic laminate and the external electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
