NONMAGNETIC SINGLE COMPONENT DEVELOPMENT DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND NONMAGNETIC SINGLE COMPONENT DEVELOPMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonmagnetic single component development device and a nonmagnetic single component development method in which adhesion of particles of a development agent to a regulation member can be prevented for an extended period of time.

SOLUTION: The nonmagnetic single component development device 2 includes a development roller 21 to bear toner, a toner supplying roller 22 which is provided adjacent to the development roller 21 to supply the toner to the development roller 21, and a regulation blade 23 to regulate the toner on the development roller 21, and develops an electrostatic latent image on a photoreceptor drum 3 which is set adjacent to the development roller 21, wherein the development device 2 includes a captured toner recovery section 24 to capture the toner finely powdered by the regulation blade 23.
