<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet in which a light diffusion member and an optical functional member are bonded while keeping an air layer without rising or peeling, and to provide a backlight unit and a display device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The optical sheet 10 includes a light diffusion member 13 diffusing light to exit, an optical functional member 17 controlling at least one of characteristics in directions, ranges, colors and luminance distribution of light, and an adhesive layer 18 bonding the light diffusion member 13 and the optical functional member 17, wherein an air layer 28 is provided between the light diffusion member 13 and the optical functional member 17 to use the light transmitting through the air layer 28 as illumination light for a liquid crystal display. The adhesive layer 18 includes an adhesive composition 32 in which flow-preventing fine particles 30 are dispersed and has a glass transition temperature Tg of ≥-70°C to <0°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
