PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl top cover capable of fixing one end part of a reinforcing material having the other end part fixed in an engine room to a cowl box part. SOLUTION: The cowl top cover 4 is mounted and fixed onto a dash panel, and a crossing part 26 of a pair of strut tower bar 9 is fixed to a fixing bolt 22 projected from a mounting hole 12 formed on an undercover part 4a of the cowl top cover 4. An outer peripheral surface of a strut tower bar 9 is pinched by a first cover part covering the crossing part 26 and the undercover part 4a through a sealing material to prevent the air in the engine room from being mixed into an outside air introduced from an outside air introduction hole 10.
