PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output driver circuit capable of holding the electric potential in output common mode of the differential signal of output at a constant value. SOLUTION: A replica circuit is provided with a seventh and an eighth transistors respectively corresponding to a first and a second transistors of an output driver, a ninth and a tenth transistors respectively corresponding to a third and a fifth, or fourth and sixth transistors of the output driver, and a resistance element corresponding to a terminal resistance to be connected between differential signals output from the driver circuit. To an operational amplifier, a first reference voltage to be supplied from the outside and a node electric potential between the ninth transistor and the resistance element are input, and the output signal of the operation amplifier is input to the first and seventh transistors.
