PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever-type connector capable of easily positioning between turning holes of a lever and turning fulcrum convex parts of a connector housing, and capable of easily attaching a lever even if a distance between lever side plates is not forcibly enlarged. SOLUTION: In the lever-type connector for connecting connectors by a turning operation of a lever 100, notch portions 104 are provided at lever side plates 102 of a nearly U-shaped lever, and by engaging the notch portions with male connector housing ribs 14, the male connector housing is enabled to mount the lever while turning it around the ribs as fulcrums. When turning fulcrum convex parts 16, 17 and turning holes 106, 107 are insertion-coupled with each other by turning the lever around the ribs as fulcrums in inner faces of outer edge portions of the lever side plates, the lever side plates are led to go astride the turning fulcrum convex parts to promote the lever side plates to be opened outward.
