DUAL VOLTAGE GENERATOR USING SINGLE CHARGE PUMP, GENERATING CIRCUIT, AND ITS GENERATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, circuit and method for generating a dual voltage using a single charge pump. SOLUTION: When there are dual voltages for two different components of an apparatus, the dual voltages are identical or different. An oscillator generates an oscillating signal, and the charge pump generates a pumping voltage at a pumping node in response to the oscillating signal. A first switching circuit is connected to the pumping node and outputs a first voltage to a first component from the pumping voltage. A second switching circuit is connected to the pumping node and outputs a second voltage to a second component from the pumping voltage. The first and second output voltages are selectively sensed. The oscillator can be triggered, and the first and second switching circuits can be controlled to maintain the sensed first and second voltages to a predetermined value and/or range.
