The invention relates to an impression tray for making impressions of teeth. Said impression tray comprises a holding surface. The invention also relates to a dental impression box for making impressions of teeth as well as a method for making impressions of teeth. In order to provide means which allow a potential patient/user to make an impression of his/her own teeth without being versed in dentistry such that dental technicians/dentists can later produce dental replacement parts without any problem if necessary, the impression tray is provided with one respective impression layer for marking positions above and below the holding surface. The impression tray according to the invention allows even a person who is not a dental expert to create a model of his/her teeth anywhere. |
