A precast block for construction is provided to reduce the construction cost and period, to improve constructability, and to improve the quality of construction. A plurality of plate portions(100) are overlapped, fixed, and adhered to each other. A precast block includes a projection portion(51) and a groove portion(55). The plate portions are set at the normal brick size by overlapping three, and first and second plate portions(101,102) are arranged at the constant interval. A third plate part(103) is inserted between the first and second plate portion.
