<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially output the state of power failure in a power failure information management system. <P>SOLUTION: The power information management system 2 receives power failure data from a distribution automated system 3, updates and manages the information about the power failure based on the power failure data, and provides the information about the power failure to customers as required. In updating and managing the information, the system 2 refers to the information of a distribution system/customer-related information DB in which the information of the distribution automated system 3, a distribution system 4 and a business system 5 are reflected. The DB to be updated and managed includes a map DB, a power failure condition DB, a power failure management DB, a power failure transaction DB, a power failure management detail DB, and a customer history DB and an unmatched customer DB. The file to be updated and managed includes an emergency contact DB and a disaster information DB.
