<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a manipulation ability and shorten a data input period without causing waste of energy. <P>SOLUTION: An ID of a business customer is inputted into a field "CompanyID"401 (S301), and is transmitted to a server 101 if a button 402 is clicked. A determination display section 202 searches a database 102, and judges whether the business customer of the input ID has been already registered, based on data received in a data transmission and reception section 201 (S302). In the case of not been registered, a data processing part 203 performs a registration process of the data, while transmitting the marking "registration" to a terminal 110 as a new registration process and letting it display on a button 402, or transmitting a purport indicating under the registration process and displaying "registration" on button 402 at the terminal 110 (S303).
