<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings capable of increasing an effective opening area while preventing an increase in the depth dimension of the whole fittings. <P>SOLUTION: Since an indoor-side sash 10A is fully opened in such a manner that a stile 12 overlaps the outdoor side of a vertical material 6, the effective opening area can be increased. The sash 10 becomes inconspicuous in full opening, so as to make the designability of a sash window good. A receding portion 6D of the vertical material 6 is formed in the vertical material 6, and a gap with spacing dimensions L1-L4 is provided between a stile protrusion 121 of the stile 12 and the vertical material 6. Thus, even if the stile protrusion 121 is operated by hand in the opening/closing of the indoor-side sash 10A, a person's fingers can be prevented from being pinched between the stile 12 and the vertical material 6. Consequently, since finger pinching can be prevented even if a position to support the sash 10 is not shifted to the outdoor side, the increase of the depth dimension of the window frame can be prevented, and the designability can be improved by suppressing the dimension of protrusion from an exterior wall of the whole sash window. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
