PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium lending device which prevents generation of communication errors even if a second value medium is immediately pulled out by moving a valuable value from the second value medium of a non-contact medium to a first value medium to improve operability when the lending process is carried out. SOLUTION: When an electronic money card 20 of non-contact medium is inserted into the game medium lending device to start lending operation, a prescribed valuable value P is drawn from the electronic money card 20, the count Q corresponding to the valuable value P is stored in a lending card 21 sealed by a transparent cover 30 and then a lending process is carried out one count by one from the lending card 21.
