A movable crane installation structure and a replacing construction method of an upper structure of a railway bridge are provided to easily and rapidly replace an upper structure of a railway bridge which has 12m or more length without interference on the operation of a train. A replacing construction method of an upper structure of a railway bridge by using a movable crane installation structure(200) is composed of the step of additionally installing an expansion pier(221) in an existing pier(10), the step of installing a crane support girder(225) extended according to the throttling direction of a railway bridge in the upper part of the expanded bridge pier, the step of arranging a movable crane(210) having a lifting unit(211) for lifting a first upper structure(30) or a second upper structure on the crane support girder, the step of preparing the second upper structure on the railway bridge, the step of removing lifting the first upper structure from the bridge pier by lifting the first upper structure, and the step of installing the second upper structure in the position where the first upper structure is removed by lifting the second upper structure.
