In the motion guide device (10), a plurality of rolling elements rolling grooves (11a) are so formed as to extend in the longitudinal direction on the surface of the track rail (11), and when viewed from a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the track rail (11), central points of the balls (12) rolling in the respective rolling element rolling grooves (11a) are formed so as to be superimposed on the circumference of a single virtual circle (A).
