A car interior component and a fusing method thereof are provided to improve fastening force and rigidity by fusing the melt of a fuse boss to a secondary fuse boss. A car interior component(10) comprises: a first unit component(20) in which a fuse boss(21) is protruded from one side; and a second unit component in which the secondary fuse boss(32) of the fixed width is protruded from the girth of a boss hole(30). In the second unit component, the boss hole(31) is formed at one side to accept the fuse boss. The melt of the fuse boss is fused at the secondary fuse boss. On the outer circumference of the fuse boss, one or more ribs(21a) are formed. The secondary fuse boss comprises a plurality of protrusions which are apart along the girth of the boss hole.
