PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow conversion into an image having another aspect ratio, while maintaining an outward appearance.

SOLUTION: An aspect ratio conversion part 17 executes the conversion into the edition image having an aspect ratio of a screen size of a cellular phone, by deleting or adding a noncharacteristic portion that is a portion not including a form characterizing the edition image and that is a portion extended vertical-directionally or lateral-directionally up to both ends. A transmission image preparing part 15 extracts a portion adaptive to the aspect ratio from a photographed image, and prepares a transmission image by composing the extracted portion with the edition image converted by the aspect ratio conversion part 17.
