<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas generating agent composition in which coloring is never caused in production. <P>SOLUTION: The gas generating agent comprises (A) a fuel, (B) a metal nitrate, (C) a binder, and (D) a heat absorbent.
