RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, RECEPTION DEVICE, AND RECEPTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a reception device, and a reception method that improve an error rate and throughput.

SOLUTION: Provided is a reception device which receives a signal transmitted from a transmission device which modifies at least one of the modulation method and the encoding ratio according to information reported from the reception device. The reception device includes: an equalization unit which equalizes a reception signal in a frequency region; an S/N ratio measuring unit; which measures an S/N ratio from the reception signal after the equalization and a report signal generation unit which generates a signal for setting at least one of the modulation method and the encoding ratio according to the reception quality and reports the setting to the transmission device.
