<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film capacitor (10) including a pair of electrodes (12) having a plurality of holes (14). <P>SOLUTION: The film capacitor (10) includes a polymer film (20) deposited upon each of the pair of electrodes (12) to form a dielectric layer.
