PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active type vibration-proof adaptive control device having an adaptive control algorithm, capable of using a function itself used in the adaptive control algorithm, not an approximate expression in calculating a stable area. SOLUTION: An error signal e(t) is used to calculate an amplitude (ah) and a phaseϕh of an estimated unknown function dh(t) of vibration-proof object vibration utilizing the correlation between a sine component and a cosine component. An amplitude Ah and a phaseΦh of a control signal u(t) are calculated based on the calculated estimated unknown function dh(t) and phaseϕh of the vibration-proof object vibration and an estimated value Gh(s) of a transfer function, and the amplitude Ah and the phaseΦh of the control signal u(t) are updated.
