PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverized toner which can stably form a satisfactory image while preventing reduction in image density, even if it is used in a small image forming apparatus by employing a hybrid developing method, while suppressing adhesion to a developing roller. SOLUTION: In the pulverized toner containing toner base particles and resin fine particles and subjected to external addition treatment, the standard deviation of particle size distribution is 1.20 or smaller, and the ratio of minor size particles with a particle size of 3μm or smaller is 3% or smaller.
