PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing a malodor in a part unable to connect a drain pipe to an existing trap, so that the malodor flowing backward from the drain pipe of a part and an apparatus or an air conditioner unable to install a trap for preventing the malodor can be prevented. SOLUTION: For preventing the malodor generated from existing all parts, a vinyl material 2 is installed in an aperture material 1 corresponding to an existing drain pipe, so that since sludge flows but the malodor such as air is put in a sticking (joining) state of a cylindrical shape of being a property of the vinyl material 2, a backflow of the malodor can be eliminated.
