PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure door which eliminates the risk of pinching a person's fingers between a screen plate and a face plate. SOLUTION: In this differential pressure door, an opening window is formed in the face plate; the screen plate is slidably arranged in such a manner as to cover the opening window; the inside and outside of a room are sealed by making the screen plate slide until it covers the opening window; and the screen plate covering the opening window is slid from the opening window, so as to make the inside and outside of the room communicate with each other through the opening window. A sliding rail is fixedly provided on the face plate; the screen plate is slidably attached to the sliding rail; and a screen plate sliding device for sliding the screen plate is attached to the face plate.
