PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print tape stickable even to an uneven sticking body, and a tape cassette with the print tape. SOLUTION: The print tape 30 is constituted by making a first thermal shrinkage layer consisting of a first thermal shrinkage material 32 overlie a second thermal shrinkage layer consisting of a second thermal shrinkage material 33 having a larger thermal shrinkage rate than the first thermal shrinkage material 32. Printing is made on the side of the first thermal shrinkage layer opposite the side in contact with the second thermal shrinkage layer. Then the print tape 30 is heated, which causes it to be deformed such that its cross section is a nearly circular arc with the first thermal shrinkage layer on a center side, since the second thermal shrinkage material 33 has a larger shrinkage rate than the first thermal shrinkage material 32.
