摘要 <p>A gear rotation transmitting device in which a sufficient amount of lubrication oil is supplied to the tooth surfaces of meshing gears even if the gears rotate at high speed, damage to the tooth surfaces is prevented, and the position of a nozzle is not required to be moved even if a gear ratio is changed. The lubrication oil is ejected to a tooth of a small-diameter bevel gear (10) immediately before gear meshing starts. The ejected lubrication oil is caught between the small-diameter bevel gear (10) and a large-diameter bevel gear (20) and allowed to flow along tooth surfaces meshing with each other in sequence. Thus, an appropriate amount of the lubrication oil can simultaneously lubricate and cool the tooth surfaces, which reduces wear of the tooth surfaces and extends life of the gears. Further, because oil films of the lubrication oil are formed on the tooth surfaces, direct contact between the tooth surfaces of the small-diameter bevel gear (10) and the large-diameter bevel gear (20) is prevented. Also, the gear surface coating effect of the lubrication oil prevents occurrence of pitching and scoring. Because the lubrication oil is directly ejected to the small-diameter bevel gear having a small thermal capacity, a rise in the temperature of the small gear is suppressed by the cooling effect to significantly reduce damage, such as pitching and scoring, to the gear teeth caused by such a temperature rise.</p>
