<p>Provided is a device for manufacturing a large quantity of powder alloys for a rechargeable lithium secondary cell, wherein the powder alloys have silicon particles or tin particles, each having a particle size less than or equal to 100 nm, that are uniformly precipitated and distributed on a matrix phase, and the device includes a vacuum chamber; a nozzle assembly installed in the vacuum chamber and melting an alloy, and thereby spraying the melted alloy; a rapid solidification unit installed in the vacuum chamber, relatively rotating with respect to the nozzle assembly, rapidly cooling to solidify the melted alloy sprayed from the nozzle assembly, and thereby generating alloy strips; and a pulverization unit installed in the vacuum chamber, collecting and pulverizing the alloy strips rapidly solidified and generated by the rapid solidification unit formed as a the cooling unit, and thereby manufacturing the powder alloy, wherein the alloy is one of a silicon-based alloy and a tin-based alloy.</p> |
