<p>A toothbrush in which bristle holding holes (7) are formed in a bristle holding surface (3a) of a head (3), bristle bundles (6A, 6B) are each two-folded, and a flat plate (8) sandwiched between the two-folded portions of the bristle bundle (6A, 6B) is driven into a bristle holding hole (7) to embed the bristle bundles (6A, 6B) into the bristle holding holes (7). Bristle bundles (6A, 6B), each having one side (6a, 6c) and the other side (6b, 6d) which are located with the flat plate (8) present therebetween and have a difference in height therebetween, are embedded in at least some or all of the bristle holding holes (7) formed in the bristle holding surface (3a). The directions of the flat plates (8) of the bristle bundles (6A, 6B) are appropriately set so that the tips of the bristle bundles (6A, 6B) form an undulation.</p> |
