A realizing method, a system and an apparatus for network operating index. The method concretely includes: receiving an index and an index computation rule inputted by a user, and receiving a call detail record CDR transmitted by a network device; performing computation for the call detail record CDR according to the index computation rule, thereby acquiring an index result. The index result which is acquired through performing computation for the call detail record CDR according to the index computation rule inputted by the user meets the demand of users.
