<p>The present invention provides a method for producing a profile from composite fiber material, in particular in the aviation and aerospace field, having the following steps: Reduction gears (3), particularly made of pre-impregnated fiber material, are first packed in a vacuum bag (7). Then support elements (17, 18) are laid on the packed reduction gears (3) to support the latter. The vacuum bag (7) is then supplied with a vacuum (P1). Next, the reduction gears (3) are hardened to the profile under the action of heat, in particularly in an autoclave. With the claimed method the support elements (17, 18) can be formed advantageously from favorable material, in particular aluminum, instead of highly expensive nickel-36 steel, since the support elements (17, 18) are uncoupled mechanically from the reduction gears (3) in a longitudinal direction (8) by means of the vacuum bag (7), enabling movement of the support elements (17, 18) in the longitudinal direction (8) relative to the reduction gears (3).</p> |
