<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whole ankle replacement system, ANKLE a depression or aseptic loose while keeping most of natural legwork. <P>SOLUTION: A positioning tool 100 to position an ankle and tibia or a foot holding assembly 102 whose size and structure are determined so as to rotate from a vertical state to a substantially horizontal state has a foot fastener and heel fastener 108, a foot holder 106, an intermediate plate 114, and a rear plate 112 to be fixed on the intermediate plate 114. The intermediate plate 114 is provided with a first pair of positioning bars 118 extending from a first surface.
