PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a self-initiating permanent-magnet synchronous motor that a residual flux density is lowered because of degraded characteristics when a coercive force is strengthened, so that its steady-state characteristics deteriorate.
SOLUTION: A fluoride compound is formed on the surface of an Fe-based magnetic powder, and an iron concentration in the fluoride component is controlled in the range from 1% to 50% so as to maintain a recoil magnetic permeability in the range of 1.05 to 1.30. Further, a permanent magnet is applied to reduce a loss due to magnetization rotation, thereby preventing deterioration in the residual flux density and steady-state characteristics.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
