<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow definition information transmission system which automatically transmits workflow definition information only to an image-forming device, which can be used by a user, and deletes the information concerned therefrom. <P>SOLUTION: Workflow definition information is transmitted to an image-forming device installed in a room where a user can enter according to information on rooms where workflow users can enter, which is acquired from an entrance permission information management means, and information on places where image-forming devices are insatalled, which is acquired from an image-forming device installation place information management means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
